Rysheema Dixon
Rysheema Dixon (October 26, 1986 – September 16, 2022), was the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of RD Innovative Planning, bringing over 10 years of experience in the field of community development and social entrepreneurship. She was a former elected official in the City of Wilmington, Delaware, serving in office for five years. Her legacy lives on as a dedicated leader and advocate for positive change in her community.
